| BILLETS |
A vertical semicontinuous produces billets casting using Wagstaff Airslip technology (Air Casting Process). They are intended to further processing into profiles, bars and tubes of different shapes and application. They could be used for the production of electronic conductor. The maximum length of casting billets is 7,0 m with the diameter range given in table 1.
Materials from which they are casted include alloys for crushing whose chemical composition is prescribed by international standards.
When ordering, you need to be sure to indicate billet diameter, a cutting length, the type of alloy, and referring to one of the prevailing standards. They are delivered in a homogenized state, cut to a length of 7 m, on wooden palettes firmly strapped down with steel bands.
