Slabs are produced by Wagstaff - LHC technology (Low Head Composite Casting Process) by vertical semicontinuous casting on state of the art equipment with efficient liquid metal refining devices. They are intended for rolling into plates, sheets, strips and foil.
The material for slab casting is aluminium with wrought aluminium alloys, whose chemical composition is defined by international standards, as well as customers requests.
