SB of Aluminij decides not to Convene the Assembly
At today's meeting of the Supervisory Board of Aluminij d.d. Mostar, the Decision on Non-Convocation of the Company's Shareholders by the SB has been adopted pending a final decision of the Court or the Registry of Securities in FBiH on a lawsuit filed by Aluminij before the Court of Record in Sarajevo. It is a lawsuit against the Securities Register that we have filed because this institution has failed, in spite of the Contract which was mutually signed in February this year, to fulfill its obligation to register (incorporate) our ownership structure, although there was a period of 30 days and although we have duly paid more than 7,000.00 KM for the costs of this registration (incorporation).
As part of regular activities, certain decisions have been adopted - on the instructions for the regular annual inventory and the appointment of the Central Commission for inventory, assets and resources, with the balance as of 31 December 2011. Moreover, the inventory committees have also been appointed for the current year, and the Decision on the prolongation of the revolving loans at Hypo-Alpe-Adria Bank and Raiffeisen Bank.
Finally, the Information on the Working Group of the Government of FBiH has been reviewed and adopted, regarding the ending of the procedure at the Securities Register and the current situation as well as the circumstances of the business conducting of Aluminij d.d. Mostar.
